Construction Territory Sales Manager

SITECH Chesapeake, a subsidiary of Carter Machinery Company, is seeking a Construction Territory Sales Manager in Manassas, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with customers in an assigned territory, primarily through face-to-face contact, to improve their business success. The role involves developing and proposing technology solutions to increase hardware and service sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of direct customer service and/or sales experience.
- Experience with surveying, estimating, and construction equipment is preferred.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective action plans.
- Well-organized with a strong ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Capable of negotiating and closing deals.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
