Nurse Practitioner Opportunity at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patient care needs, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
