Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the loading and unloading of process equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness of fixtures and tools utilized in various operations
  • Conduct manual assembly operations
  • Implement intricate testing protocols with guidance from engineering teams
  • Oversee and troubleshoot measurement instruments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
  • Report any observed issues to laboratory and process supervisors
  • Flexibility to work on alternate shifts as required

Required Experience:

  • Practical experience in thin-film and back-end processing
  • Operation and upkeep of high-precision processing equipment
  • Utilization of metrology and analytical instruments
  • Background in research and development or small-scale manufacturing teams
  • Proven track record of experiment ownership and precise data documentation
  • Familiarity with cleanroom standards and protocols
  • Data entry into relevant systems as necessary

Essential Skills:

  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Adherence to standard operating procedures and safety regulations
  • Strong time management skills and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with various operating systems and productivity software

Educational Requirements:

  • Technical Degree in a relevant field
