Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Axis Residential, LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of occupancy in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents through effective communication and relationship selling techniques.
  • Conduct tours of available apartments and provide personalized service to meet the needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the community team to maintain a positive and supportive living environment.
  • Participate in resident-led events and activities to enhance the community culture.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documents required for resident and property files.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.
