Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing supervisor
  • Document patient care and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
