Job Summary
">The Performance Director drives a highly collaborative team of Performance Managers, overseeing day-to-day operations, quality of service, and contractual deliverables in career case management services.
">Essential Functions

- Exemplifies agency values and standards.">
- Demonstrates drive to deliver performance in line with key performance indicators and performance targets.">
- Ensures regional teams adhere to statewide agency standards for service delivery, professionalism, and brand.">
- Upholds agency standards for health and safety, promoting staff, participant, and family well-being.">
- Utilizes internal and external data to devise regional plans for achievement of work participation and other contractual performance metrics.">
- Communicates expectations and clear plans for regional team achievement through frequent speech and writing.">
- Analyzes region's performance in FedcapCARES and devises and implements plans to address performance lags.">
- Engages with regional stakeholders by attending meetings and events to grow networks and build strategic partnerships.">
- Holds monthly meetings with regional funder representatives and key service partners to cultivate teamwork, elicit feedback, and devise operational plans.">
- Identifies potential risks to the organization and rapidly escalates concerns to AVP of Programs and Services.">
- Manages employee tenure processes for direct reports.">
- Leads, develops, and performance-manages team to continuously improve capability and deliver against quality and performance targets.">
- Promotes Fedcap Maine positively at every opportunity, understanding and articulating the full services and benefits offered to customers.">
- Upholds all agency policies, values, and expectations in performing job duties.">
- Regularly visits assigned regional offices to observe operations, conduct facility inspections, and engage with staff. Holds open office hours.">
- Promotes Mobility Mentoring approach in staff interactions with participants.">
Qualifications
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation, human services, adult education, or related field and/or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred.">
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.">
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience directing in case management, workforce development, or adult education. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of related education and experience.">
Work Conditions
">This role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

- Typically works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening and weekend work required.">
Travel
">Dependent on business needs, travel demands may be subject to change, with approximately 1x/week travel within Southern Maine expected.
