Maine Medical Center seeks a skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RN with 3 years of ICU experience to fill this 48/36 hour per week position, with every other weekend required. This role will involve floating to any IMC at the organization, with patient ratios of 1:3 in IMC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the MICU setting, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and medical information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
Requirements
  • A valid ACLS certification and NIHSS certification are required for this position.
  • 3 years of ICU experience is necessary for consideration.
