About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Surgical Nurse to join our team at CHI St Vincent Hot Springs. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgical team in the operating room, providing expert care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for surgical patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Ensure that operating rooms are properly prepared and equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during the surgical process.
Requirements
  • Unencumbered license to practice nursing in the State of Arkansas.
  • At least 6 months of acute care experience, with a preference for previous surgery experience.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
