As a Surgery Nurse at CHI St Vincent Hot Springs, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise will be essential in preparing patients for surgery, assisting in the operating room, and providing exceptional nursing care during and after procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans for surgical patients
- Ensuring operating rooms are equipped with necessary equipment and supplies
- Providing compassionate care to patients and their families
Qualifications include:
- Unencumbered license to practice in the State of Arkansas
- 6 months of acute care experience (new graduates or nurses with no acute care experience may be hired through our residency training program)
- Previous surgery experience is preferred but not required
- BLS through the American Heart Association is required
