About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Consultant to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing learning solutions that drive business results and support the growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver learning programs that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies that drive engagement, retention, and performance improvement.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a consulting or program management role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning programs that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
