Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Specialists:
    • Provide account information to customers through phone, in-person, and email inquiries.
    • Process customer convenience service requests and handle general account inquiries.
    • Promote our products and services.
    • Perform a wide variety of clerical and office duties, including supporting the local branch.
  • Loan Processors:
    • Prepare and process loan files from application through approval in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Obtain all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and customer service standards.
    • Provide capacity as needed to support all areas of Loan Operations and Lending.
  • Ag Relationship Manager (Loan Officer):
    • Serve as a confident financial professional through the delivery of sound credit and financial services within regulations and policies.
    • Formulate business development strategies, develop customer relationships, and actively manage a portfolio.
    • Promote related services, participate in public relations activities, and develop a favorable Farm Credit image in the community.
    • Assist regional team and Association in meeting its goals and objectives through effective teamwork, cooperation, and communication.
  • Credit Analyst:
    • Analyze and underwrite loans in a sound manner to prospective and existing borrowers.
    • Work closely with loan officers to structure, condition, and approve credits for our borrowers.
