About the Opportunity

City Experiences is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our Sales team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing City Experiences as the venue of choice for global leaders in world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of clients and market needs through regular visits and face-to-face appointments.
  • Follow sales leadership guidance and incorporate effective sales techniques, such as hosting site tours aboard the ships.
  • Generate leads through high closing rate techniques, including client appointments and networking with current customers.
  • Convert prospects to clients by using proven sales strategies and winning proposals.
  • Regularly attend networking events and industry conferences to learn about market trends.
  • Identify customer needs and use in-depth product knowledge to prepare winning proposals.
  • Handle objections and solve customer problems through active listening and consulting with sales leadership.
  • Establish relationships with associations and business organizations to gain referrals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of total sales experience, including at least 1 year of outside sales experience.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM software.
  • Analytical skills to identify and exploit selling opportunities.
  • Ability to set appointments with clients and sell in person.
  • Proposal writing and effective communication skills.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to persuade and influence people.
  • Satisfactory background check.
