The Lodge Food Service Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. This position requires effective communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with patrons and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues.
  2. Possess a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, kitchen procedures, lodge operations, and compliance with liquor laws and health regulations.
  3. Physically capable of approaching tables, accurately taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
  4. Ensure proper pricing and billing for all drinks served.
  5. Efficiently operate cash registers and credit card processing machines.
  6. Accurately complete daily financial paperwork to facilitate correct bank deposits.
  7. Maintain cleanliness throughout the lodge, including bussing tables and performing light cleaning duties.
  8. Exhibit a high level of professionalism in both appearance and conduct.
  9. Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the company employee handbook.
