Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, listening to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and members.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Adaptability: Be flexible to changing business needs, adapting to new tools and processes, and embracing a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, and deadlines.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
