Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, proactive, and innovative financial business partnering with the integrated program team.
- Conduct program financial analysis, cost/schedule baseline measurement and analysis, invoice coordination and submission support, funding planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC's), forecasting, deliverable development/submission, Pricing follow-on efforts and new work, billing and unbilled reconciliations, contract close out, and ad hoc requirements as necessary.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, strategic plans, trend and variance analysis for assigned programs.
- Guide financial responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and deliver on commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution and financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field and a minimum 5 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years Program Control/Finance Analyst experience in a Defense Department contractor environment.
- Ability to work self-guided, proactively, and as a team member with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of customers and organization.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
