Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Bealls Florida. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales through customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting every guest, every time, and making a connection with guests by engaging in friendly and genuine conversation throughout each transaction.
  • Customer Service: Role model established guest experience practices with internal and external customers, adapt to different guest interactions and situations, and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register Operations: Accurately handle register operations and transactions with awareness of the guest wait time, maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the register areas, and utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Work both independently and with a team to accomplish tasks, solve problems, and achieve goals, and demonstrate a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Preferred, but not required.
  • Knowledge of Guest Service Fundamentals: Possess excellent customer service skills and knowledge of guest service fundamentals.
  • Verbal Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations, and be able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds.
