Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at Bealls Florida in Largo, FL. As a Cashier, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales through customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming experience for every guest, every time
  • Engage with guests through friendly and genuine conversation throughout each transaction
  • Role model established guest experience practices with internal and external customers
  • Adapt to different guest interactions and situations to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns
  • Build guest loyalty through promoting and educating the guest on Bealls credit and loyalty programs
  • Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the register areas
  • Accurately handle register operations and transactions with awareness of the guest wait time
Requirements
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to accomplish tasks, solve problems, and achieve goals
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
  • Utilization of Zebra PDA and POS Systems
  • Ability to work varying hours and schedules to include days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands
  • Able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds
  • Full body rotation and mobility (i.e. – bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching)
  • Reliable transportation
