Career Type: Contract to Hire

Compensation: $17-$18 per hour

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Assembler is essential in the effective assembly and testing of diverse products. This role also includes mentoring team members and improving operational processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience using various hand tools for assembly tasks
  • 5 years' experience in soldering and circuit board assembly
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and documentation practices

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret and analyze diagrams, blueprints, and specifications for assembly
  • Assemble electrical systems and integrate components
  • Conduct Quality Control inspections and identify defects
  • Manage inventory levels and execute audits
  • Document assembly procedures and propose enhancements

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
