Position Overview:

Are you enthusiastic about assembling complex electromechanical systems? Do you excel in precision soldering and wiring? If so, we want you on our team We are seeking a talented Electromechanical Assembly Specialist to contribute to our innovative manufacturing processes. This full-time position is vital to the assembly and testing of our top-quality products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a team player, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble, test, and calibrate intricate electromechanical systems according to detailed specifications and schematics.
2. Employ hand tools and soldering equipment to accurately and efficiently assemble components.
3. Execute soldering tasks in accordance with J-STD-001 Wiring/Soldering Certification standards.
4. Utilize a contact welder for assembly and repair tasks as necessary.
5. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all components meet stringent quality criteria.
6. Prototype and evaluate new designs, offering constructive feedback for enhancements.
7. Diagnose and repair defective units returned by clients.
8. Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production objectives.
10. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in electromechanical assembly or a related discipline is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in an electromechanical assembly position.
3. J-STD-001 Wiring/Soldering Certification or equivalent experience is essential.
4. Proven proficiency with hand tools and soldering equipment.
5. Experience with a contact welder is advantageous.
6. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail are crucial.
7. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
8. Experience in calibration, prototyping, and testing of electromechanical systems is required.
9. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems.
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
