Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $40-$60 per session hour, dependent on state of residence. In addition to your hourly rate, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution.

Job Description

As a Telehealth Behavioral Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering remote care throughout an 8-week evidence-based program
  • Monitoring participant progress, providing follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations, and documenting session notes
  • Participating as a member of the care team and assisting participants as needed with accessing resources, as well as obtaining consent and authorization forms
  • Identifying and responding to high-risk participant encounters with elevated safety concerns, following company protocols
  • Participating in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in Oregon (Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or state equivalent)
  • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patients 10+ hours/week
