Job Summary

Community & Family Resources is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Treatment Specialist to join our team at the Men's Recovery House in Fort Dodge. As a key member of our clinical counseling staff, you will play a vital role in providing addiction rehabilitation services to individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients in completing necessary assessment forms and documents, orient them to program services, and provide oversight and monitoring of their whereabouts and behaviors.
  • Feedback and Support: Offer clients constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their recovery goals.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report client issues to staff and maintain open communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with light housekeeping duties, answer phone calls, and forward messages as needed.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Assist with transporting clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist with searching client belongings and conducting rounds of the facility.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with follow-up surveys and entering data to support program evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications: Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment is required.
  • Driver's License and Insurance: A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance are required.
  • Lived Experience: Lived experience with recovery is a plus.
