About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at DAVITA. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is preferred.
