Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of the restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and ethical business practices.
  • Select, orient, and train crew members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of strategies to improve restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurants or managing teams is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
