Job Title: Security Trainer

At Allied Universal, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Trainer to join our team. As a Security Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training activities in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as Allied Universal standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Security Professionals and Supervisors, including CPR/First Aid/AED, Defensive Tactics, Mobility Devices, and Fire Safety Services.
  • Work with operational partners to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory mandated training.
  • Identify and establish relationships with local training academies to provide external training opportunities.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including Regional Training Manager, Field operations, Security Professionals, Supervisors, Field and Corporate Training, and Clients.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in security, safety, or training field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional-level experience in learning program development and classroom instruction.
  • Able to work independently with little to no direct supervision.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word and PowerPoint.
