Back to Basics Learning Dynamics (B2B) is a leading provider of educational services, offering a diverse range of over 125 solutions, including personalized tutoring, translation and interpretation services, as well as specialized support from speech and occupational therapists. We also provide psycho-educational assessments and tailored test preparation for standardized exams such as the SAT and ACT. Additionally, we proudly operate Augustine Hills School, Delaware's exclusive 1-on-1 Private School for grades 7 through 12, located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Position Requirements:

We are currently seeking dedicated educators for after-school hours.

Location: Wilmington, DE 19803

Type: In-Person 1:1 Tutoring

Schedule: Available Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Subject Focus: Mathematics for Middle School and High School students

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in the relevant grade level.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proximity within 30 minutes of the specified zip code.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to assist students in comprehending the subject matter effectively.
  • Dependability and commitment to student success.
