The Night Auditor is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for ensuring accurate hotel accounting and revenue management. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Front Desk Operations: Process guest reservations, registration, and departures, while ensuring accurate and efficient handling of guest information and transactions.
- Night Audit Operations: Conduct thorough audits of hotel transactions, including room accounts, cash and credit card receipts, and departmental transactions.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent, plus relevant experience in customer service.
- Language and Mathematical Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: None required at this time.
The Night Auditor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with regular interaction with guests, colleagues, and management. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Demands: The role requires regular standing, walking, and use of hands to perform tasks, with occasional lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds.
