Social Services Call Center Specialist

Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Services Call Center Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and connecting them with the resources they need.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to high-volume phone calls and voicemails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Met Council services and programs.
- Assess client eligibility for services and programs, and facilitate referrals to internal program staff.
- Enter client information into our electronic database to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
- Assist in preparing statistical reports on department activities and government contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Bi-lingual Russian-English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Competitive salary range: $42,000 - $45,000 per year.
