We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Call Center team at Gainwell Technologies. As a Pharmacy Technician Call Center Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to medical and pharmacy providers, ensuring timely and accurate prior authorization and claims processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming telephone inquiries from providers regarding prior authorizations and claims
- Interpret chart notes and communicate with team members to resolve issues
- Provide outstanding customer service to medical and pharmacy providers
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Multitask by speaking and typing concurrently
- Read, write, and speak the English language
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience with customer service
- Knowledge of prior authorization process
- Ability to work 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation
- Located within 50 miles of Newark, DE
- Competitive salary range: $30,000 - $43,500 per year
