Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food, including making coffee and other grab-and-go food items.
  • Take customer food and beverage orders.
  • Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system.
  • Participate in stocking and merchandising retail items and assist in putting away new stock.
  • Ensure the Caf is fully stocked and can fulfill menu items at all times.
  • Clean Caf areas and ensure they are safe and hygienic at all times.
  • Provide backup to other Caf employees.
  • Assist management with other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school education required.
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • Food production experience preferred.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills required.
  • Willingness to be a team player and contribute in all areas of the operation.
  • Ability to multitask using organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit professionalism.
  • Knowledge of TOAST POS software a plus.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
