Job Description

In this sales representative role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with customers and driving sales results through exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer relationships and achieve productivity goals.
  • Leverage negotiation and upselling tactics to maximize sales results.
  • Act as a product knowledge expert and lead sales interactions.
  • Provide professional customer support and answer questions.
  • Collaborate with peers to brainstorm innovative strategies for maximizing sales results and profit margins.
Requirements:
  • An associate's degree is highly recommended, but not required.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or an equivalent entry-level position.
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with others.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A student mentality with a drive to continually improve and succeed.
