Job Summary

Level 10 Construction is seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, engineering, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret plans and specifications to ensure accurate scheduling and coordination of work between subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement job-wide safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Produce detailed quality check lists to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Coordinate self-performed work and conduct regular walking inspections to track and report daily job production.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Field Engineer in commercial construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software, and Scheduling software.
  • Strong leadership, detail-oriented, problem-solving, initiative, and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Duties require physical abilities such as repetitive hand/finger motions, arm extensions, sitting, standing, and walking jobsites with uneven and changing site conditions.
