Cost Manager Job Summary

PMA Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Cost Manager to support our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing project financial planning, administration, and forecasting duties in support of capital and maintenance of manufacturing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project budgets and financial plans
  • Monitor and analyze project costs, including accruals, invoices, and variances
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Develop and implement standard cost processes and practices to ensure projects are performed within approved budgets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project/construction management, or a related field
  • 5-10 years' experience in project controls, cost control, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies, schedule and cost control tools, and software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Experience in EcoSys is required
