Job Description:

The Proctoring and Scoring Specialist at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston is responsible for administering and scoring exams, ensuring a secure and fair testing environment. This part-time, hourly position requires a high school diploma and two years of experience in testing procedures, record keeping, and operating audiovisual equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer exams, score answer sheets, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with faculty members and supervisors regarding exam-related issues
  • Ensure a fair and secure testing environment, preventing cheating and misconduct
  • Operate and maintain audiovisual equipment, such as microfiche readers and video recorder cameras

Compensation:

This part-time role offers an estimated hourly wage of $15, with a total weekly pay range of $75-$150. The work schedule typically consists of 5-10 hours per week, with shifts lasting 4-5 hours during normal business hours.
