We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team as an In-Home Therapy Clinician. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide structured, consistent, and strength-based therapeutic interventions in client homes to address the behavioral health needs of youth and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately diagnose and provide proper clinical formulation
- Develop and modify youth and family-centered treatment plans in collaboration with the youth, parent/caregiver(s), and other providers
- Provide intensive family therapy, including working with the entire family or a subset of the family, to implement focused, structural, strategic, behavioral techniques, or evidenced-based interventions
- Identify community resources and develop natural supports for youth and parent/caregiver(s) to support and sustain the achievement of the youth's treatment plan goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other necessary individuals the youth and family may have contact with, such as Bureau Case Managers, Probation Officers, Judges, District Attorneys, Attorneys, Teachers, Physicians, etc.
- Must possess an MCE approved Master's Degree in a human services field
- Driver's License and proper auto insurance are required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
