What You Will Be Doing:

  • Directly dealing with members and potential members to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Supporting and promoting a successful service/sales culture by identifying the needs of the membership and cross-selling appropriate products.
  • Efficiently and accurately processing transactions, such as loan payments and transfers of funds.
  • Researching and resolving member concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recording information accurately and efficiently utilizing the software system provided.
