About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planning Analyst to join our team at Deckers Brands. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for driving and implementing strategies to achieve business goals. If you have a passion for product and possess strong analytical prowess, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning team on deliverables for key milestone meetings and strategies, tracking performance to determine actions in support of plans by class and month.
  • Build style-color level plans and reforecast monthly, owning bottom-up planning connecting to overall top-down guidance and strategies.
  • Partner with DTC Demand Planning to ensure product is properly secured by market, by month and influence sizing, as well as working with Allocation on average store quantities to produce the most profitable outcome while delighting the customer.
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, such as Merchandising, Ecommerce, Marketing, Allocation, Field and Omni Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interest in forecasting, operatives, and/or product. Retail experience a plus.
  • Proficient plus in Microsoft Excel with an aptitude to learn technical applications quickly, system savvy.
  • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results.

Salary range: $70,000 - $78,000. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
