Position Title:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver extensive administrative assistance to attorneys specializing in Business Litigation.
  2. Draft, review, and refine a variety of legal documents, including motions, briefs, and correspondence.
  3. Compile and submit legal motions and other documents to the court.
  4. Manage and monitor multiple deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  5. Engage in electronic filing (e-filing) with local, state, and federal courts.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  7. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry.
  8. Comply with the firm's policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, particularly in litigation, with a minimum of 4 years suggested.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Capability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
  • Familiarity with court filing systems, both electronic and paper.
