We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team at St. Peter's Nursing and Rehab Center in Albany, NY. As a part-time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered and according to established policies and standards.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the RN to collect data about residents and determine priorities in resident care based on identified needs and goals.
- Contribute to the plan of care through effective communication with the RN and other members of the healthcare team.
- A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York.
- 1 year of experience or more as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to engage within a team setting.
- A competitive pay range of $30.10 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
