Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee mechanical and plumbing projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. This permanent role is vital for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to budgetary constraints and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of mechanical construction projects, from initial design through to final handover.
  • Establish and maintain project timelines, ensuring all key milestones are achieved.
  • Prepare and track job cost reports, monitoring expenses and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate material procurement and oversee logistics to ensure timely availability.
  • Implement quality control protocols to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fostering a secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders on design and build projects.
  • Supervise the installation of underground plumbing systems.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
  • Proven track record in project scheduling, cost reporting, and material management.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and safety compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
