Job Description:Painting and Plastering Specialist

University City Housing is a property management company seeking a skilled Painting and Plastering Specialist to join our team.

  • Assist with renovations, make readies, and daily work orders.
  • Work with residents and team members to perform painting and plastering tasks.
  • Maintain service records and ensure successful completion of assignments.
  • Participate in snow removal, preventative maintenance, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in painting and plastering.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prioritize urgent projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery, and work at heights.
