About the Role

The Division of Sleep Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Instructor positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years).

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and management of patients with sleep disorders.
  • Interpret polysomnograms, multiple sleep latency tests, and home sleep apnea tests.
  • Attend in the sleep disorders clinic and sleep telemedicine program.
  • Train residents and fellows in addition to precepting medical students and other trainees in the field of Sleep Medicine.

Requirements

  • Expertise in the specific area of sleep disorders.
  • M.D. or equivalent degree.
