Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Empower Personal Wealth sales team as a Financial Consultant (Retirement Consultant). As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized assistance to our customers at critical life moments, helping them make informed decisions about their retirement savings goals.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing over-the-phone support to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts, discussing available account options, educating them on retirement plan specifics, and focusing on building strong relationships with our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably inside sales
  • Current FINRA licenses and/or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within corporate-established timelines
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation
