Job Summary:

As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small group or program, with both administrative and client caseload responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership and clinical skills to ensure the success of our programs and the well-being of our clients.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program budgets and recommendations.
  • Contribute to hiring decisions and provide input on performance evaluations.
  • Oversee program design and implementation, including staff coaching and training.
  • Monitor access indicators and ensure effective utilization management.
  • Kaiser Permanente reserves the right to reevaluate and change job descriptions or compensation at any time.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of post-license experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting.
  • Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) required.
Additional Requirements:
  • Knowledge of state regulations regarding ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
