Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage with department leaders consistently to anticipate and identify future staffing requirements. This role is essential in attracting potential candidates through diverse channels, including professional networks and employee referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other resources to actively source candidates for various roles.
  • Collaborate with designated hiring managers to fulfill recruitment goals while ensuring high-quality client service.
  • Evaluate and interview candidates to confirm their qualifications for open positions and to clarify job expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews with suitable candidates and assist hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all necessary documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  • Handle multiple job openings in a dynamic environment while adhering to strict hiring timelines.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment processes, metrics, and tools to enhance efficiency and ensure positive experiences for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with three to five years of recruiting experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks while delivering an outstanding experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Prior experience in a remote work setting is preferred.
Working Conditions

This role is primarily office-based, characterized by:
  • Predominantly indoor work during the day, with occasional evening hours.
  • Minimal exposure to airborne dust.
  • Stable work surfaces.
