Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment process to fulfill staffing requirements for all clinical, administrative, and provider roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to proactively identify and prepare for future staffing needs.
  • Identify potential candidates through various channels including cold outreach, online searches, referrals, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Create and oversee job postings both internally and externally; evaluate effective advertising platforms and execute appropriate ad placements.
  • Conduct pre-screening, interviews, evaluations, and selection of high-caliber candidates.
  • Work alongside hiring managers and HR personnel during the offer stage, advising on salary expectations, incentives, start dates, and other relevant details.
  • Provide insights on recruitment strategies, budgets, and materials to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, agencies, and other sources to access top-tier candidates.
  • Represent Pancare at recruitment fairs and community events.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring completion of necessary documentation.
  • Assist in organizing new hire orientation sessions.
  • Maintain communication with new hires throughout their introductory period.
  • Serve as a coordinator and point of contact for internships and preceptorships across various tracks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent educational background.
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is advantageous.
  • Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
