Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with department leaders to identify and fulfill future staffing needs. This role requires the ability to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other tools to effectively source candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Collaborate with designated hiring managers to meet recruitment goals while delivering exceptional client service.
  • Evaluate and interview candidates to confirm their qualifications for open positions and ensure they understand the job responsibilities.
  • Coordinate interviews with suitable candidates and assist hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all necessary documentation in the applicant tracking system.
  • Handle multiple job openings in a dynamic environment while adhering to strict hiring timelines.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment procedures, metrics, and tools to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process and ensure a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Structure

This role reports to the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with three to five years of recruiting experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while providing an outstanding experience for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing and generation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
Working Conditions

This position is primarily office-based, characterized by:
  • Indoors during daytime hours, with occasional evening work.
  • Minimal exposure to airborne dust.
  • Stable work surfaces.
