As an educator at Success Academy, you will:
Enhance your communication abilities and forge strong, meaningful connections with students, their families, and your colleagues and mentors. This includes writing letters of recommendation for middle and high school students.

Become a proficient problem solver capable of addressing challenges both inside and outside the classroom.


Learn to evaluate and interpret data to track your students' progress and achievements, adjusting your teaching strategies accordingly.


Participate in professional development sessions with school leaders to receive targeted, real-time feedback and coaching to refine your performance.

Have the chance to evolve as a leader and ultimately lead an entire grade team.

There are also pathways to enter our school leadership track as an assistant principal, as well as opportunities to transition to our network office.



Qualifications:
Minimum

Qualifications:
At least one year of teaching experience

A bachelor's degree prior to your first day of work with Success Academy

A rigorous and relevant academic major (e.g., biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering)

Ability to work in person in New York City ($2500 stipend for qualified relocations)

Supervise a classroom of 20+ students

Compensation:
Starting Total Compensation - $75,000
