Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting Membership benefits, and supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Members, providing personalized service and support to meet their needs.
  • Process Membership applications, upgrades, and credit accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events, promoting Company products and services to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
  • Fulfill Member orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to Member inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
