Behavioral Health Support Specialist

Serenity Recovery Centers is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving individuals in our community. We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team.
Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:
- Admit clients for care who have been previously approved.
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure client safety and property security.
- Enforce house rules and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client observations, changes, and needs.
- Provide timely reports on client progress and concerns.
- Cultivate a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients.
- Alert medical staff in emergency situations.
- Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and conduct periodic drills.
- Note irregularities that require attention and report to relevant staff members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Behavioral Health Tech certification preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certifications must be current.
