You will also be responsible for conducting interviews with relevant parties, assisting with notifications to management and local authorities, and completing incident reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence related to theft, fraud, and other incidents.
  • Conduct interviews with relevant parties to obtain statements and information related to incidents.
  • Assist with notifications to management and local authorities in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents.
  • Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents.
  • Handle business interruptions and complaints, such as suspicious individuals, civil disturbances, or demonstrations.
  • Escort unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation.
  • Defuse guest or employee disturbances/altercations, including summoning appropriate authorities if necessary, and documenting incident.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
